Please note that the Deed of Grant, identification and a disposal certificate of the deceased must be legally produced before each burial. The Town Clerk requires a completed Interment Application Form and all the relevant fees paid before the burial can be authorised. Please note that the Town Council is not responsible for the preparation of graves. Much Wenlock Town Council’s Grave Digger is David Evans. Interments on Saturdays must only take place between 9:00am and 2:00pm.
Appropriate forms of identification include: driving licence, passport or utility bill (gas, electricity, telephone or water)
